Patients should bring any medical records pertaining to this injury/problem including any x-rays. Please also bring a list of any medications you are taking.

Appointments
When calling to schedule an appt. please have the following information:

• The date and extent of your injury
• Your primary or referring physician's name
• Your insurance policy(ies) name and policy number
• If calling for a friend or relative, the patient's date of birth

X-Ray facilities are available on-site at our Nashua, Manchester, Londonderry, and Milford locations. If you had prior X-rays taken at a medical facility that relate to your current injury, please bring them with you to your appointment.

Billing Policies
The Orthopedic Center participates with most major insurance programs. Claims for services performed will be submitted by our staff on your behalf. Deductible, co-payment, and co-insurance payments are expected at the time that a service is rendered. Payment at the time of service is expected for individuals who carry insurance in which the Center does not participate. Office staff are available to provide assistance to patients seeking information about billing policies and procedures.
